Dr. Richard M. Jaouen

dr. jaouenDr. Richard Jaouen completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado in Boulder before graduating from medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico. He returned to Denver for his surgical residency at Presbyterian Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital where he served as Chief Resident. He then attended the Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis for a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Jaouen has practiced in Colorado for the past 20 years and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition to his private practice, he has been an affiliate faculty member at Colorado State University since 1994. He is a member of several organizations including the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation and the American Burn Association and has had numerous publications in the field of reconstructive and plastic surgery.
