Payment and Insurance
We accept all insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. As an added service, we will bill your insurance for you and collect< all co-payments or deductibles at the time of service.
It is important that you review your benefits with your insurance company before you receive any services. Many insurance companies require prior authorization for surgical procedures.
Payment for services that insurance does not cover will be reviewed prior to the service being provided. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Care Credit.
